I launched this software and IT consulting business just before the market downturn of 2008, and we grew quickly by providing technical services to businesses that were forced to scale back staff. Providing every IT service a company might need, we’ve become the go-to resource when problems arise and an expert is needed to problem-solve. We also provide IT staffing for short- and long-term projects, on-site and remotely, helping our customers reduce costs and achieve their objectives. Our recruiting and staffing services division provides candidates for permanent and contract positions to hundreds of clients. These are predominantly technology positions in all verticals such as manufacturing, engineering, banking, and healthcare anywhere in United States.Our software development division has expertise in mobile app development, web development, software applications, and adding new functionalities to existing apps. Our IT consulting division provides on-site and remote consulting services in areas such as SQL, MySQL, Oracle DBA support, monitoring and maintenance, Windows, Linux, UNIX administration, performance optimization for apps and databases, and customized apps on the Microsoft Access platform.

At Allegient Systems, a software development company later acquired by Bottomline, I managed the IT department, which was comprised of software developers, database administrators, system administrators, quality analysts, and a client support team.

I managed databases at GE Capital and led a team of database administrators and software developers based in the U.S., UK, and India.

While at Innovation Group (formerly Pyramid Services), I led a team of database administrators and supported a number of U.S.-based Tier-1 insurance companies where multiple software applications developed by Innovation Group were deployed.
