There is an explorer in each of us, and adventure and discovery are essential elements of the human experience. We are living in extraordinary times. After college, having studied Marine Biology and Business, I realized a profound passion for sharing the world with others. Seeing firsthand the impact and joy these moments provided, I knew early on that I had found my life's work. I spent the next decade guiding and handcrafting extraordinary experiences for others worldwide. I've had the great privilege of traveling to over 100 countries.Now, I've spent 20+ years working globally in the digital, start-up, and technology space, helping iconic brands like Disney, REI, Exos, Backroads, and The Clymb build and scale meaningful businesses. Today, I'm the CEO and Founder of MODERN ADVENTURE, which distills a brand's beating heart into extraordinary content and experiences. We are a Certified B-Corp, Climate Neutral, and one of Fast Company's most innovative companies.I have actively participated on Corporate, Non-Profit, and Start-Up boards. I also serve as a Board Member, Investor, and Advisor to early and growth-stage startups. Through my coaching and facilitation practice, I hold space for other entrepreneurs in the arduous journey of building a company and a healthy life.In 2017, I presented a TEDxPortland talk about the transformative power of travel and investing in experiences instead of more stuff with over 1.8M views.
