As part of the Talent City, the first online platform in Portugal aimed at connecting young talents and companies, I was focused on:- Devising employer branding campaigns in partnership with top universities.- Planning end-to-end recruitment and assessment processes.- Designing onboarding and training programs for new hires. - Designing a training academy to promote students’ employability skills (Young Talent Academy). I managed the project, created all the contents, trained the trainers and delivered some of the workshops. - Co-designing a unique conference aimed at connecting 300 young talents with employers (Young Talent Conference). I was responsible for setting and implementing the recruitment strategy and writing communication pieces (email marketing, blog posts, booklets for participants).As part of the Consulting business unit, I focused on creating Learning & Development programs for Top Management. Some of my projects included:- A program on Storytelling for Strategic Communication for the Top Management Team of a retail company;- A training program on Meaningful Conversations for senior leaders of a major utilities company;- A training program on People Development for managers of a Pharmaceuticals company.
