My mission is to ensure that DigitalOcean's data centers are secure, efficient, and resilient and that they support the company's vision of simplifying cloud computing for everyone.As a center manager, I oversee a team of Data Centre Engineers, monitor their performance, and provide constructive feedback. I recruit, mentor, and enhance the skills of Data Centre Engineers to achieve set goals. I align data center priorities with the overarching global data center strategy and company objectives.
