• Design, prototype, and manufacture new drilling products and sustenance of existing products• Optimize design using solidworks simulation professional and solidworks flow simulation• Optimize production process and life of product by utilizing new manufacturing methods• Perform GD&T inspection of incoming products• Creation of engineering drawings, Bill of Materials, Thread torque specs, Thread drawings, product manuals etc.• Create prototype brochures, sales documentation, and assist sales team with customer specific problems.• Management of engineering prototype projects up until sale to operations• Assist with creation of Written Material Spec sheets and other quality control documentation• Process documentation and parameter definition for testing and assembly• Preliminary analysis of product failure and root cause determination
