Working closely with the sales team, partners, product management, professional services, marketing, and customer service, I strive to deliver optimal solutions using Avid products. This involves tailoring solutions for medium, complex, and large customers spanning from broadcast to post-production. Additionally, I collaborate with third-party products integrated within the Avid ecosystem.Key responsibilities include:- Designing end-to-end workflow solutions encompassing ingest, transcoding, storage, database management, production, editing, on-air graphics, grading, finishing, playout, digital/social delivery, OTT, syndication, orchestration, and archive.- Engaging with stakeholders ranging from CEOs, CXOs, CIOs, team leads, department heads, to end users.- Contributing throughout the project lifecycle from planning through to production and expansion phases.- Strategically planning and implementing long-term initiatives, including greenfield projects, upgrades, and migrations.- Cultivating and nurturing customer relationships.- Identifying and onboarding partners, including contributing to VMWare/Nutanix sizing and - - testing/demos on Azure platforms for prospects and clients.- Played a pivotal role in establishing the first Nutanix-based Avid platform in APAC.- Proactively identifying new prospects, fostering relationships, and building pipelines.In executing these tasks, I utilize various applications for sales and product development such as Salesforce, Product Board, and Atlassian Jira.
