𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮:• Undertaking activities related to Manufacturing units, Retails etc :o Implementation, configuration and management of Air-Fiber, Radio, VSAT, etc.o Setting of all department’s SOPs, defining policies & workflows for ITo IT budget creation for the relevant business function and strict discipline in terms of cost management; identifying & recommending to the business function, appropriate IT strategyo Development of business processes that effectively support current and all future applicationso Physical database design & creation, installation, configuration, up-gradation & fine-tuning of Oracle server softwareo Implementation & Installation of Helpdesk Software OSticketing for ticketing system.• Functioning as DBA /Team Leader to development team and windows administrator role• Training the Support Staff and IT team as and when required by the Company.• Reviewing system problems from a root cause perceptive research the problem from all angles and develops solutions that permanently resolve the problem• Handling various administrative and standardizing processes; providing server support hardware/software, troubleshooting, and repairing, managing MS SQL Database server• Looking after website implementation &management, ERP implementation.• Cloud Technologies – Azure , Rackspace CTRL-S etc• Responsible for:o Assuring proper compliance & documentation i.e., licenses, copyrights, etc. as per PWC auditing of systems for their use in the Business Functiono Selection, evaluation and performance management of all IT vendors
