-Assist Property and Facilities Manager in monitoring ongoing Renovations and Construction Projects, Repair and Maintenance of Existing Clinics. Assist in preparation of progress reports for the management. Assist in preparation of budget planning. -Coordination with the Architects and Design Engineers. Review initial layout in compliance with the management’s requirements.-Presentation of Layout to the Management, discuss additional requirements and approval.-Coordination with Site Owner/Building Engineers for schedule of works, timeline and building requirements and processes. -Conducts Pre-Bid meetings, presentation of management approved plans & BOM/BOQ. Review and evaluate submitted bids in compliance to the design, coordinate with designers for comments and recommendations.-Conducts Site Inspection to monitor ongoing Renovations and Construction to make sure that work is in accordance with the approved Scope. -Review and Evaluate Contractor’s Accomplishment Reports and Billings to ensure it conforms with the works done before forwarding to processing team.-Conducts Punch Listing to ensure the quality of works before acceptance and final turn over.-Supervise and Manage Maintenance Technicians which includes, Aircon Tech, Plumber, Electrician, Mason.-Prepares Preventive Maintenance Schedule for all Luzon Branches of Free-Standing Clinics, and hospital-based/referral desks. Overseeing maintenance and repair works.-Prepare documents & requirements and processing of Business Permit, Fire Safety Inspection Certificate, Sanitary Certificate and Annual Building Inspections.-Monitor and Maintain Inventory of supplies for utilities and Maintenance-Prepare PRs, and supporting documents, requests quotations from suppliers/providers for the repair and maintenance of the building and all medicard branches, before submission for approval.-Implementation of approved Pos and PRs, coordinate with supplier and providers for schedules of works and deliveries.
