Dr Michaels is also Founder of Paisley Group, a global consultancy that has been at the forefront of education and programs to achieve cultural and systemic change and create a fairer world for all.Varina draws from her academic and professional experience as well as her lived experience as a neurodivergent, second-generation migrant and mother to three incredible girls.Once each year, you can find Dr Michaels in Paris as Visiting Professor of Intercultural Management at IESEG School of Management, France.
