I am a graduate in Information Technology and about to finish my ACS Professional Year course. I completed my graduate course with distinctions in various subjects followed by a good academic performance. I possess sound technical knowledge and have a good understanding of system technicalities, IT infrastructure, system infrastructure and software support.In this technical era, everyone desires to work with an esteemed and valued company. The field of technology and technical support always gains my attention because my dedication to contribute to the technical sector inspires me at the peak. Moreover, the designation of Technical support has the potential to provide me with excellent experience in the field including various skills so that, these skills will work for me in the upcoming future to provide me with a valuable opportunity. I recently completed my internship and looking for a valued company to work with. In this internship, I play the role of technical support executive and now I am looking for an upgraded position in the same sector. I have honed several skills such as technical management, Decision making, information management, Creation of database, Information Governance, teamwork, and Interpersonal skills during this period. I believe that these skills are basic for day-to-day performance in an IT workplace.Apart from all this, I also polished some of the SFIA skills that could be considered as major plus points for the achievement of my identified goals. Here are some of the SFIA skills that I have included described the topmost skills:- IT management (ITMG) Level – 5: The management of IT infrastructure and resources that are required to support the IT services. - Information System Coordination (ISCO) Level – 5: The information strategy functions devolved to autonomous units. - Information Governance (IRMG) Level – 5 Overall governance of information, structured and Unstructured to support the decision making.Some other skills that add to my summary are:• Business Risk Management (BURM)• Information Security (SCTY)Also, excellent communication skills, teamwork and leadership skills add to my personality trait.
