I have 22+ years of very rich experience in Software Quality Assurance in the Telecom domain mainly focusing on Short-Range Low Power Wireless Technologies(Bluetooth Classic, Bluetooth Low Energy and Wi-Fi) in power efficient IoT and mobile space. Have strong experience in delivering quality while productizing embedded products in the IoT space.Currently working as Director, Software QA in Silicon Labs, Hyderabad and managing the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth/BLE SQA for IoT devices. I have designed and built entire infrastructure of very high-end Software QA lab in Hyderabad center. Fully understands the challenges and opportunities on the IoT segment for Wi-Fi & Bluetooth centric devices. Ability to manage large size QA organization right from team building, building lab infrastructure, building automation, establishing processes, unlocking potential of team/individuals, lab assets/team budget planning, building high performance team, managing stakeholders(PjM/PdM/SW/BU) expectations, managing and optimizing Opex.
