Dr. Varinder Singh is presently working as Assistant Professor at Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and Technology, MRSPTU, Bathinda, Punjab, India. He received his Ph.D. degree from the Department of Pharmaceutical Science and Drug Research, Punjabi University, Patiala, Punjab, India. Core Strengths: Ideation and bringing innovation (Natural products), Quality control of raw materials and finished products, Analytical method development and validation (HPLC, HPTLC, IR, UV spectroscopy, GC, LC-MS), Biological evaluation of drugsHe has published more than 35 papers in various national and international journals [Cumulative impact factor 120; h-index:11; i-10 index: 13]. Further, he has been awarded Senior Research Fellowship for meritorious students from University Grants Commission, New Delhi, India [UGC-BSR project no. F.7-265/2009(BSR)].
