- Receiving all emergency calls- Briefing security officers- Handing two way Radio to the officers- Experiences about two-way radios operation.- Taking care of Guests lost valuable items- Manning the fire panel- CCTV operator- Making daily occurrence report- Capable to arrange the daily basic report.- Be able to communicate with the common languages English- Answer the call professionally.- Don’t leave control room without a reliever.- Have knowledge to control the fire panel system.- Keep communicating with the other officers who are been posted to their locations.- Be aware about the officer’s location and their situation.- Respond the emergencies call for the internal and external guests.- Immediately report the scenes to your seniors on duty.- Focus the CCTV cameras at the base on the incident.- Respond all the emergencies telephones calls on time.- Immediately dispatched the officer in the location ones you receive a fire alarm.- Immediately report to the engineering if one of the CCTV monitoring gone out of order.- Control all the hotel metal & electronic keys.- Coordinate with the security at the staffs check point.- Control the Gas panel in control room.- Hand over all the hotel information to your colleague when your shift ends.- Make sure all the contractors ID should be submitted to the security staffs check point before accessing in the hotel.

To assist to my manager in his absent and do some document, monitor the staffs on their duty. Arrange the money that was coming to the company.
