- Responsibilities includes the monitoring of the construction work, response to RFIs, creation of NCRs, processing of bulletins, attendance at all site meetings, including minute writing for site progress meetings. - Identify project issues and risks and ensure timely resolution and mitigation- Coordinate project activities with the project team, contractors, consultants, agency staff, and other stakeholders-Working closely with the Construction Management Team to coordinate and monitor construction work.- Monitor and evaluate construction work to assure conformance with SCA standard, procedures and guidelines - Provide clarification of contract documents and building code regulations.- Manage preparation and monitor implementation of project plans, quality plans, and work plans- Monitor project performance with the established baselines and seek opportunities improved performance

- Part of the responsibilities includes the monitoring of the construction work, response to RFIs, creation of NCRs, processing of bulletins, attendance at all site meetings, including minute writing for site progress meetings. -Working closely with the Owner's rep, Consultants, and Architect's home office for the coordination of field conditions as it relates to providing the GC with a comprehensive response that minimizes the impact in construction activities and budget. - Monitoring and constantly evaluate construction activities for conformance with construction documents, SCA standard details, and procedures. - Provide guidance of SCA protocols to the Architect's home office. - Provide guidance for the construction of institutional scale buildings, including architectural, structural, and MEP systems. - Generate sketches with field conditions employing Building Information Modeling technology.

Worked in all project phases including: Building Code Analysis, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration. In addition to managing the Building Information modeling (BIM) and other activities related to project filling and amendments.

As part of RFA, I was responsible for the schematic design and development of Construction Documents, Field Measurements, Site Analysis, Zoning Analysis, for various types of projects Including Retail Spaces, Commercial and Residential. In addition to setting the office Building Information Modeling standards and library.

The main responsibilities included the development of Construction Documents. I also directed site measurements, survey of existing conditions, and Presentation Boards including Project Renderings, schedule and budgeting

As BIM Modeler I was responsible for re-building projects in Revit, create construction documents, edit/create Revit families coordinate MEP with architectural, create energy analysis reports. During my time at the office I was able to participate in all project phases including construction administration.
