Maintain the Financial and Admin records of 2,500+ tenants, including commercial, residential, and internal, which include invoicing, accounting and financial reports. Maintain records of routine accounting transaction through Yardi. Attending tenants & Preparing Cash, Credit card, PDC receipts, and uploading the documents in the system. Preparation of Bank receipts/CDM deposit receipts. Custodian of cash and cheques, handling petty cash, Preparing the reimbursement form and booking the invoices. Preparation of Refund Statement of tenants, verification of receipts, contracts, and other documents related to the finalization of the lease. Issue Bounce letters/Memos to the tenants regarding returned cheques and checking remittance, Follow up for the payments.
