Key Responsibilities:•Handling team of five member's and SPOC for HP client•Regular Interaction with the SBU Managers for understanding the requirement and business needs.•Prepare various MIS reports on weekly and monthly basis•Searching suitable candidates through job portals, database, references and head hunting. •Conducting initial round of interview.•Coordinating with clients and candidates for interviews, salary negotiation, date of joining etc.•Cultivate relationships with the clients and candidates.•Updating internal database and making different reports.•Mapping for different industries/companies. •Different projects and survey for various clients.•Resolving issues with Client along with Project Manager regarding to the Outsourced Engineers.• Exit Formalities• Recruitment & Selection• Performance Appraisal• Statutory Compliance & Payroll Processing• Outsourcing Business Management
