Varsha Naran is a coach, inspirer, mentor and catalyst of action. She also refers to herself as a two time gold medallist for having battled with cancer twice. When Varsha was 25 years old, she was diagnosed with breast cancer and survived. Ten years later she was diagnosed with breast cancer a second time. As a coach, she brings generous sprinkles of wit and humour, shares her story of courage, resilience and an unyielding joie de vivre to her clients.She is the founder of Lumière Coaching & Consulting where she specializes in Corporate Coaching & Training, Women's Empowerment Coaching and Breast Cancer Wellbeing Coaching. She uses her talents to help her clients reveal the limiting beliefs and mindsets that shape behaviour and impact relationships, health and performance by focusing on emotional agility and mindfulness.As an HR Business Partner, Varsha is an experienced professional with over 15 years of experience in training, team and organizational development, succession planning and leadership development. She has been instrumental in driving employee engagement, improving organisational effectiveness as well as aligning business strategy and people.Born in South Africa, Varsha now calls Mauritius home where she lives with her husband and their very active little boy. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, is a certified Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), certified Enneagram coach, Positive Intelligence Mental Fitness Coach and a member of the International Association of Coaching Institutes (ICI certified). She also gave a TedxTalk on Insights from a cancer warrior.Living from her purpose, Varsha is inspired to orchestrate deep inner work that ignites change so that you can make waves, move mountains and courageously craft the life you want.People are like stained - glass windows.
