Responsible for Training & Development Activities of all the 9 Manufacturing Units of Cipla Goa• Carrying out Training Need Identification Process as per the employee categories. (Officers, Operators, Analyst, Formulators etc)• Designing Tailor-made Training modules • Amending & revising programs • organising Management Development Programmes conducted by Various institutes.• Maintaining Training Database• Responsible for various employee awareness & developmental activities• HR Development & Research Analysis Achievement: ‘Situational Training’ was a new concept introduced by me for the plant employees. It was a brainstorming session introduced to help the employees think out of box and to help them come up with their ideas and new concepts. (Departments covered Production, Packing, QA, QC, Packaging, Stores and other supporting departments of all the 9 units)• Involved in designing training sessions Unit wise, Department wise, category wise & Role wise • Designing tailor-made training sessions based on the TNI • Designing new methods to develop the creativity and out of box thinking ability of the employees• Organized nearly 200 sessions covering total 1156 employees in a span of 1 yr.
