Her strong interpersonal skills were invaluable in coordinating volunteers and addressing the challenges that naturally arise when organizing an event of this scale. Varsha is deeply passionate about wildlife conservation and has used every opportunity to volunteer in conservation projects in India and Singapore which have included wildlife surveys and monitoring illegal wildlife trade. She is an active contributor to the E-bird database.
