Published a second article titled Gene-Based Therapies for Neurodegenerative Diseases” highlighting promising gene therapies for diseases of neurodegenerative nature.

Provide compassionate care to patients of Baptist Neurology Group. Duties include obtain vital signs and patient information, administer Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) screening test for dementia, utilize Epic EMR systems, complete medication prior-authorizations, handle phones, and complete pre-service verifications.

Performed research to study cerebral saccular aneurysms under the mentorship of Dr. Ram Kadirvel at the Mayo Clinic Neurovascular Research Laboratory. Worked on an artificial intelligence project to develop an convolutional neural network for the rupture risk assessment of cerebral aneurysms; designed to improve efficiency for the patient treatment planning of cerebral aneurysms. Work awarded Top 5 project at Minnesota State Science and Engineering Fair (2020).
