Process Eit
Current- Analyzed feasibility study of vendor packages for e-SAF (electro-sustainable aviation fuel) production from carbon dioxide, green hydrogen, and electricity feeds using reverse water-gas shift and Fischer-Tropsch units- Compared and evaluated different vendor packages for e-SAF production, H2 production, and CO2 capture- Supported process optimization efforts and analyzed pros and cons of varying process schemes- Drafted process engineering documents and technical summary reports, including heat & mass balances, BFDs, and production, consumption, utility, and chemical lists for the technology & balance of plant- Simulated the process in Aspen Plus and used the simulation to perform what-if analyses for risk review- Studied pathways to produce e-fuels and biofuels, using intermediates such as methanol, ethanol, and syngas
