I am an MBA graduate with a specialization in HR from Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management, and I hold a B.Com degree from SVS College, Bantwal. I have experience in HR operations at Onsurity Technologies, where I was responsible for onboarding new joiners, managing joining and exit formalities, maintaining employee data, handling employee queries, and coordinating day-to-day HR activities , coordinating with internal and external departments.I am eager to apply my experience and skills to contribute to an organization's success by fostering a productive and positive work environment.
