During my internship as a Deep Learning Intern at Edge Matrix Corporation, I worked on various impactful machine learning projects. I began with regression analysis, using Linear and Logistic Regression to solve practical problems, which solidified my understanding of regression methods. I then moved on to classification tasks, where I applied SVM and Random Forest algorithms to real-time datasets, honing my model selection and performance assessment skills. A key part of my role involved database and dashboard integration; I connected my models to a SQL database and set up a Grafana Dashboard for data visualization, enhancing my ability to present predictive results effectively. I also developed a CNN model for Indian currency classification, gaining experience in data preprocessing and model evaluation. Other notable projects included a CNN-based image classifier to distinguish between Indian and foreign faces, and a collaborative project to detect COVID-19 using chest X-ray images. These experiences improved my deep learning, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, preparing me to tackle real-world AI challenges.
