My role involved conducting interviews for apprentices, verifying details on the NATS portal, assisting with certificate printing, and managing data in Excel. Through this experience, I developed strong team collaboration, time management, adaptability, and attention to detail. I also assisted the Provident Fund Officer, further expanding my knowledge of HR functions.
