Assisted the Primary Audit team of a multinational conglomerate (consumer products/medical devices industry) in a specific scope engagement as part of the group audit and singlehandedly managing reviews with Managers as well as coordinating the client communications from start to end.2. Carried out the group and statutory audit as per INDAS Compliant Schedule III to the Companies Act 2013 for a 1000 crores Indian subsidiary of a Japanese companya) Handled the entire audit work as part of a team of 4+ people, including planning the audit, execution and preparing audit deliverables including financial statements and notes to accounts within the tight deadlines as per IGAAP.b) Handled audit procedures for employee benefit , other expense, actuarial valuation and cash/bank.c) Analysed internal controls by performing ICFR Compliance audit for areas such as cash and bank, payroll, other expenses and financial statement closure process.3. Involved in the statutory audit as per INDAS Compliant Schedule III to the Companies Act 2013 for a 100 crores Indian subsidiary of a US Based companya) Assisted the client with computation of customs duty and also inspected the subsequent payments through ICEGATE.b) Handled various areas including inventory, trade payables, fixed assets, other current liabilities, loans and advances, actuarial valuations, cash and bank, cost of goods sold, employee benefit and other expensesc) Analysed internal controls by performing ICFR Compliance audit for areas such as cash and bank, payroll, other expenses, purchase to pay, fixed assets, inventory and financial statement closure process.d) Raised efficiency of procedures while auditing and added value to the engagement.
