Current•Handles tasks with a timely manner and with a high degree of accuracy.•Maintaining proper communication with tax authorities across various jurisdictions in the US.•Working on refunds and ensure funds are credited to the respective clients and company accounts.•Providing various project related trainings to new members of the team.•Working on various states Close out reports to ensure no tax bills are missed from our end.•Proactive work status update to US and India team.•Handling various client enquiries and requests from tax authorities.•Processing and approving property tax bills, assessment notices, refunds and various other types of documents in PTMS.•Preparing SOPs for various projects we work on to improve learning experience of the team.
