I have supported end to end recruitment for APAC countries (excl India). This is for IT and non IT space which includes:• Managing full circle of recruitment for executive and non-executive roles i.e candidate profile matching, interviewing and short-listing, generates and manages daily tracking and weekly recruitment reports.• Supported hiring for businesses for Financial Markets, M&T, Information Technology, Energy and natural Resources.• Works with key stakeholders across multiple business functions to ensure that recruitment activities are upkept and all sourcing initiatives are handled efficiently and effectively.• Builds close relationship with stake holders from business, HRBP, Compensation, external vendors.• Performs pre-screening process including initial assessment, phone interviews to enhance the quality and relevancy of the shortlisted candidates• Prepares and negotiates compensation & benefit salary packages.

- Managing NON -IT/Operations hiring for Financial Services division. - Handling Recruitment – Non IT hiring for PAN India which involves engagement of consultants, preparing strategy for all the vacancy, selection of mode of recruitment in line with the changing and developing business needs of the organization.- Have been involved in niche and skill based end to end hiring for Operations. Hiring for skills like International Taxation , Reference Data, Valuations , Pricing , KYC/AML, Loan operations, Quantitative Analysis, Private Equity, Reporting, Support hiring- Working in close consultation with business heads and superiors to understand future manpower and skill requirements, preparation of job descriptions, and improving overall process efficiency & cost effectiveness.- Responsibilities include defining profile, sourcing, screening of applications, assessment, negotiation and issue of offer.- Sourcing candidates from diverse channels, enhanced use of job portals, social networks and the company website, employee referrals, etc.

I was part of Orange -backend process where we had to audit the contracts of Orange with their corporate partners.

In this organization, I was looking after Orange- BCS process – Audit Team and Auditing for corporate deals of Orange Telecom. I was involved in maintaining Tracker for process for performance and productivity. I also created New Trackers like Quality Tracker, Track of week for process improvement and was awarded with “Exceeded Expectation” rating for consecutively two months for contribution towards process.

In my one year of association with this organization, I was handling Idea Delhi Inbound customer service along with Team Management, Resource Allocation, Escalations/associate queries solving, and ensuring prompt customer service. I was promoted to GPRS desk from Customer service desk in 6 Month’s tenure handled floor for 150 associates
