NPP includes Engineering & Maintenance, Machinery and Production Equipment & IT, Human Resources, Engineering, Customer Support, Warehousing & Logistics, Administration, Marketing, and other Professional Services, etc.• Development Procurement strategy based on the company's strategy/the business department's long-term demand plan, thoroughly identifying and analyzing the supply market, demand, and spending of a specific category, developing the procurement strategy that delivers the best value for the company, and guiding procurement daily work.• New supplier development Source and vet potential suppliers based on the procurement strategy and business requirements, and perform a thorough assessment of the suppliers via cost, technology, quality, delivery, service, credit worthiness, legal, finance, compliance, and other dimensions, to ensure the rationality and fairness of the new supplier development.• Contract negotiation, signing, archiving, and ensuring that the contract will protect the company's benefits and minimize risks through cross-functional reviews.• Sends the request for proposal/quotation to solicit bids from multiple suppliers who meet certain qualifications or performance requirements and to choose the winning supplier.• Conducts performance evaluation for suppliers’ performance of a responsive category within a certain period of time.
