In 2023 was promoted to a Quality Coach position coaching agents for Regulatory and Non Regulatory Reg E related items. Reviewing trends and procedures providing feedback to management. My position has grown into a corrections type of role and have been up skilled into Online Non-Fraud claims. My daily work entails communication regarding escalations, reviewing error trends, data analysis, team engagement while ensuring to remain in compliance.

• Online fraud specialist analyzing multiple typesof personal and business online fraudtransactions. Responsible for detectingadditional suspicious activity, securingaccounts.• Documents research findings and actions on cases for possible referrals for Suspicious Activity, Identity Theft Operations (ITO) and Suspected Financial Abuse.Identifies patterns, and trends and may analyze findings to determine extent of suspicious or unusual activity and level of risk.
