-Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all the fire alarm and fire fighting equipment's.-Renewed hotel fire NOC for 03 years.-Proper fire protection has been provided after complete assessment of risk, where necessary first aid fire appliances were supplemented on the guest floors.-Fabrication of new wet riser line was done on main wing of hotel with the aim of better fire protection of the area making the operation safe and reliable.-Old fire lines have been changed with the new fire lines making hotel area safe and reliable.-Up gradation of CO2 Flooding System.-Accessing potential fire & safety hazards.-Responsible for issuing permits for hot work and for safety hazards related works.-Ensuring occupational health and safety standards at work place.-Preparing the snag list for the fire equipment's installed and supervising the rectification of the same.-In case of any non operation discuss with the management and get it operational at the earliest.-Training of employees on Fire Safety, Security and First Aid aspects.-Conduct of Mock drills.-Ensuring the lock out and tag out procedures are followed at hotel.-Security arrangement for diplomat, VIP guests and various events-Annual Maintenance Contract of security equipment's.-Handle guest complaints on a day to day basis and provide solutions to enhance guest satisfaction.-Staff transports management -Vendor and visitor management -Liaison with local government authorities.•Strength:High integrity and loyalty towards my organisation.Awards: The Story Maker Award received on Feb-2016 at The Claridges, New Delhi. The Ideator Award received on Jun – 2016 at The Claridges, New Delhi.
