With over six years of experience as a partner at SMI, I am passionate about organizing the hugely fragmented property management space with new age technology and solutions. I have scaled the business to almost 100 clients, doubling the growth almost every year, by leveraging my skills in communication, operations management, and sales.I am also the co-founder and partner of SMIEngine, an outstaffing solution provider that helps small and medium-sized companies set up operations in India quickly and mobilize. I have tied up with hard.coded, a leading outsourcing company in the Netherlands, and scaled the staff to 30+ over a 1.2 year period. I enjoy pitching and winning new business, as well as developing trusted, strategic client relationships. My mission is to introduce innovation and tackle the unique challenges in the propertech and outstaffing domains.
