We specialize in optimizing User Experience, partnering with B2B SaaS companies to unlock their full potential with impactful design.During my tenure at a previous organization, I frequently encountered software applications essential for workflow management in pharma and manufacturing. These applications, used daily for 6-8 hours, had significant UX issues and improvement opportunities. This observation made me realize that while the past decades focused on creating functional software, the future will prioritize efficiency—much like the evolution from labor-intensive factories to automated, high-efficiency production during the industrial age.With a background in mechanical engineering, where I was deeply engaged in machine design and plant layout design, I transitioned into software design. My journey began with designing a mobile app to monitor a hardware device, where I quickly appreciated the fast turnaround times and greater impact.Now, I run a design studio focused on optimizing the user experience of enterprise software. We enhance the design, navigation, microcopy, and functionality, reducing task time, clicks, and training periods while increasing productivity and usability. Our proprietary methodology, the Upslide Usability Score, evaluates software usability across hundreds of parameters.Running the studio for the past 10 months, we’ve gained traction and had the privilege of working with industry leaders. As we scale up our team, I am excited about the future and remain committed to the philosophy that attention to detail leads to significant improvements.
