• To coordinate with Private and Govt Clients in the state for procurement of advertisements for the company• Visit various Govt and semi- govt departments and provide a channel to them to broadcast state schemes on our medium• Coordinating with State Samvad for processing of the advertisements, obtaining proper work orders and maintaining the regular billing cycles.• To coordinate with the sales team and guide them to visit all the possible private client base for procurement of business• Managing the operations at the railway station for the company.

• Managing the energy & chemical profit centre for North Zone India • Responsible for drawing business from all the 7 branches located in the north zone for energy and chemical heads• Coordinating with the sales team in all the branches in the zone.• Coordinating with Brokers and Agencies in general insurance industry to draw business from the clients• Provide training to the sales team for them to have a better understanding of the Profit Centre• Visiting insured sites with the risk engineers and asses the possible hazards, advising the clients to ensure they install necessary loss preventive measures.• Ensure monthly target achievements for the profit centre• Coordinate with the operations team for preparing the insurance cover document and policy for the clients.

• Coordinating with onshore (US) teams for Research and exchanging new ideas on Business Development which include Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts and Senior Management • Ensuring uniformity in the process understanding at the client’s and the organization’s end.• Preparing & compiling various weekly/ monthly MIS reports pertaining to process and productivity, to keep a close eye on client requirements.• Research for fulfilling customer requirements in shortest time possible.• Ensuring quality and services parameters are met at all levels. Analysing the training needs & accordingly preparing training modules for imparting training on soft skills/ process.• Identify potential areas for grooming Team Leaders & Members through regular assessments and mentoring.• Actively participation in execution of quality improvement projects for continual improvements.• Conducting regular weekly meetings to communicate changes, improvements, and results to the team.
