I completed my training in the Investor Service Cell at National stock exchange.Using my strong interpersonal and communication skills, I managed stock market participants both online and offline.My area of work involved handling investor grievances through ADR's (Alternative dispute resolutions). My work included coordinating and managing GRC and Arbitration meetings as well as representing the Stock exchange. Also, provided administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of the department.
