Senior Manager - Human Capital
CurrentResponsible for the firm’s global immigration needs, coordinating with employees for immigrationrequirements, and liaising with the foreign nationals & external immigration consultants. Working closely with the Global Mobility and Immigration Director and a number of other areas of the business; including HR, Recruitment teams and Finance. Run regular reports, track employees’ business travel and ensure employees information is maintained in personnel files, the immigration tracker and the HR system.Inform stakeholders of timely status of programs / initiatives / process changes in order to ensureeffective communication. Serve as first level escalation point for all immigration related matters. Identify areas of inconsistencies and provide relevant data to conduct impact analysis. Deploy changes in process / systems to bring in process efficiency. Closely work with the development team in implementing new systems requirement.Conceptualized, prepared and published the cost projection dashboard to the management team. Foreign nationals’ current Non-Immigrant & Immigrant status, country of birth, priority dates etc. were taken into consideration in preparing this dashboard.Conceptualized and prepared the system process flow document for Non-U.S. countries.
