Varun holds a Bachelor of Law (Honors) Degree, from I.P. University, Delhi and joined the Bar in the year 2011. Varun has an experience of around 12 years, in areas of Civil, Criminal, IPR, and Company Law, and has a vast experience in handling a wide variety of litigation primarily before the Delhi High Court,District Courts in Delhi amongst other Forums. Varun also actively represents various companies and individuals before forums such as the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC), Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) etc. Varun also specializes in drafting of conveyance deeds, registration of deeds and documents and title searches for real-estate transactions. Prior to his current practice under V-Law Chambers, Varun was a part of the legal team, in Luthra & Luthra Law Offices, New Delhi during which he was involved in a large number of matters pertaining to Criminal, Civil, Arbitration, Company, and Employment related laws. Varun has also during his stint in the aforesaid law firm, been an important part of litigation teams dealing with disputes pertaining to Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) and Land Acquisition.Other areas of practice include Writ Petitions and Public Interest Litigations before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi as well as the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India.
