 Overall coordination with the clients’ inquiries to maintain the smooth running of the technical office. Verification of Fire System design and calculations. Liaising with Consultants and contractors. Preparing and generating PRs/Inquiries and proposals. Attending meetings with Contractors in the pre-project phase for technical clarifications. Responsible for Qatari Civil Defence Department handing overs. Preparation of Technical Submittals and presentations.

Serving the technical office as Mechanical Engineer for Fire Fighting Systems. Prepare design drawings as per NFPA Standards for firefighting system such as sprinklers system, FM200 system, Fire Hose Reel, Fire hydrant system & fire pump sets – NFPA Standards as the following [NFPA10, NFPA13, NFPA14, NFPA20, NFPA22, NFPA25 and NFPA2001]. Planning schedule at site for coordination with main contractors Perform the routine inspections and testing of the fixed fire protection system to ensure fire systems readiness and compliance with codes and standards. In charge of Fire Fighting System Installation that include Fire Water Suppression system, FM200 & Novec1230 system. Perform routine checks on fire pumps, fire main rings, fire hydrants, and source of water supply to ensure service ability of fire water supply equipment/devices. Carry out routine checks/inspection/maintenance on FM200 and other gases systems to ensure readily available and working in normal conditions. Perform routine checks on fire extinguishers are availability and readiness and report any failure and difficulties with fire extinguishers.
