- I lead a team of three staff members for overseeing learning outcomes and assessment design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, as well as stakeholder training. This pan-India program impacts 2000 students annually with 25% growth.- I am also responsible for running 'Arivu' - a pilot program combining English and Life Skills development through thematic elements. I am responsible for the course design, assessments, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the entire program. It is being piloted in three centres and has already impacted 100 students.- I lead a team of volunteers in Belgaum & Kasaragod. I have managed, trained and grown this team to a total of 45 volunteers in 1.5 years which represents a growth rate of 30%. I also conduct workshops in colleges to further volunteer recruitment and increase awareness of U&I's work.- I engage with partner organizations, universities, and volunteers to ensure their satisfaction with our work and therefore their continued support.- I have personally raised Rs. 8 lakhs for the organisation from my own personal network during our annual crowdfunding campaign.

- Managing the Yuwa Boys’ Football program by designing and implementing a life skills - peace education curriculum.- Facilitating workshops on critical thinking, non-violent communication, empathy, cooperation, teamwork, health, nutrition, sex education, conflict management, domestic violence, and gender disparities.- Monitoring the intellectual growth and development of the participants of the life skills program.- Creating a positive, creative, inclusive, and open-minded learning environment for the children to work towards their potential.- Challenging and encouraging the intellectual capacity and ability of the children and guiding them to be empathetic and critical thinkers.- Establishing and achieving relevant learning objectives for the children through experiential pedagogy.- Design and implementation of creative and engaging lesson plans and activities.- Constant monitoring, assessment and review of the children’s performance and growth.

- Design and Implementation of workshops on Intersectionality, “Do no Harm” principle, Non-violent Collective Action, and Strategies for Non-violent Resistance as part of USAID's "Weaving Paths of Peace" program with the youth of Colombia in conflict afflicted regions.- Design and execution of the event titled "The Human Library" to create understanding and empathy for women that had been victims of sexual abuse.
