Responsible for Marketing initiatives planned in Modern Retail & Regional retail by way of Space on hire,BTL element deployment, In shop branding, Demonstration planning at partner level. Manage BTL and ATL activities, Opening of new Brand Stores, SIS, Planning and execution of loyalty program Customer connect activities, In shop and outshop branding, creative and collaterals development, Competition tracking, ROI analysis of all marketing activities.

• Proper Planning & VMD Implementation of all Campaign & Product Launch across all CAV channels.• Handle 17 Sony Centers across Mumbai as per VMD guideline and plan Sony center business development activity on monthly basis to increase the footfall.• Display Implementation & Maintanence - Hardware & Software ( Signage / Stands / Branding Window & Gondola / POPs / Catalogues / Demo Material )• AFS & Other Photo Channel - DI Display Enhancement .• Plan and conduct Subdealer meet, Promoter day meet, NR meet at time of new launch or festive time• Ensure atleast one low/ Avg cost activity per month to promote brand shop, for footfall & sales increase.• Daily & weekly meeting with his branch team (MC & POP incharge) and provide the solution for shopfront execution and take market update. Also ensure the team to prepare and follow approved PJP for market visit on regular basis.• Expertise in BTL activities, Competition Tracking, Vendor Coordination & Management and Merchandising. • Conducted numerous Exhibitions, Demos & Events across Mumbai.• Coordinating with vendors, Ad & PR agencies, printers, designers, photographers, etc. for development of copy/content, creative, management of advertisement campaigns, etc. • Developing marketing strategies for the brands considering the target customers, market segmentation, etc. to ensure maximum brand visibility.• Prepare monthly BTL planning sheet in consultation with Sales team to get the budget from HO.

•Define the Budget in terms of merchandising inputs like Glow sign boards, Brand Shop etc and BTL Activities (HO based as well as localized) in Western region at the beginning of FY and send status beginning of each quarter. Design, material, dimensions to be agreed upon between Sales and Marketing.•Executing HO based marketing campaign along with Localized campaign for Four Square Franchise as well as Cavandar Gold.•Conduct different type of BTL activities(Demand based, Brand Imagery based,Festive theme based)for the brand based on the requirement from Brand & driving sales point of view.•Agency Briefing and Evaluation:- Briefing the agencies regarding the modus operandi of the Activity and set the targets in terms of measurement criteria basis of which Agency Evaluation is done•Briefing the Sales team regarding the upcoming campaign and prepare SOP regarding (Outlets Criteria, Initial Placement norms,Visibility front) along with Roles and Responsibility in consultation with Sales Team.•Usage of SFA on frequent basis to derive effectiveness of the Campaign and make necessary changes on timely basis•Study KPI Studies ,BHC Studies and GCTS Studies send by research agencies and prepare quarterly plan basis on the studies in consultation with Sales team and HO team•Retailer feedback, Consumer feedback and Competition feedback on timely basis during Market Visit.•Analyzing sales trends of the existing GPI brand as well as Competition brand and monitor the performance of newly launch brands and briefing his senior on the same.•Giving Training to front Sales team and Agency boys regarding various brand based initiatives and monitor the performance of each with the help of Backend trackers.•Successfully handled AVF Project in consultation with Booz and Company .This project help the Sales team to fill the gaps in terms of Numeric Distribution,Weighted Distribution,Out of Stock and Visibilty aspect.
