Frequency Planning (Free Band) Site wise, Sector wise• A pre drive test to find out the problem in Site• A post drive to ensure quality of services within area required by sales team • AT of new sites.• Responsible to Maintained the 99.96% N/W uptime w.r.t WRAN. • Wi-Fi power optimization and interference control. Extensive high speed data testing.• Performed Coverage Analysis, Identification & Optimization for Coverage Holes based on RSSI/SNR & interference.• Analysis of 2.4 and 5.8GHz free band frequencies and implementation for corrections.• Post processing of drive test data & suggesting the required soft /physical changes.• Remote monitoring of BTS/Radio, Data traffic, Bandwidth utilization Analysis & Re-tuning • Monitor network performance to analyze worst response of sites and optimize sites that have RSSI/SNR/Packet errors values below below the threshold values. • Augmentation of new optical / wireless equipment for load balancing.• Planning and optimization of Mobile BTS, temporary sites for the special events like camping season, trade fair.• Deploy second carrier in clusters and post optimization of these sites.• Coordinating various Vendor Teams for site Audits and Troubleshooting of problematic sites• Implementation and handling of PSU units• Customer end Audits to maintain the QoS• Handling of critical customer complaints
