Roles & Responsibilities as a IT Recruiter:• My role is sourcing, screening and short listing candidates profile as per the client requirement from US based job boards like Dice, Monster, Techfetch and Career Builder.• Screening the resumes based on the requirement, submitting and follow up with interview schedules. •Carefully analyzing the requirements as per client needs•Review the resumes thoroughly and short list suitable matches.•Check for available candidates in the internal database & search various portals and reach out to them to seek their interest.• Performed reference check and initial screening including skills, experience, availability, salary requirements, visa status etc.• Responsible for interviewing, prescreening and placing all level IT professionals on contract and direct hire positions. • Posting jobs for various job requirements in the job portals. •Coordinate the interviews for the client selected candidates and ensure the availability of the consultants for the same• Maintaining database of candidates, preparing reports on submissions and maintain them. • Formatting resumes following client’s specific guidelines.Getting the RTR(right to represent) signed from the employer• Submitting the candidate profiles to Client.•Responsible for full cycle of recruitment and end to end recruitment and sourcing, screening.•Working experience with W2, 1099 and C2C (US Citizens, Green Card, TN, EAD and H1B).•Identify the resume that best suits the client requirements, through various sources like Job Sites, Referrals, Contacts, Database, and Third Parties• Getting the signed confirmation from the employer and right to represent form from the consultant.

Negotiating and sourcing extra trucks for warehouses throughout European network with considering time constraints, while safeguarding interests of external and internal customers. • Implementing new strategies and handling various potential operational issues with ware houses/carriers/stakeholders and resolving them without any customer impact for smooth business continuity by working in 24/7 operating environment.• Designed and implemented various logic’s to help create tools that would be of great use to solve typical issues which arise on daily basis.
