I was 14 when I chose PENCIL as my best friend and sketched my father. But he wanted me to be an accounts guy.After couple of years, he passed away, I tried accounts but FAILED. His sketch again motivated me, and I took arts seriously. Paintings, Clay modelling, Sculptures and then came Digital media. I pursued my learnings in all areas of design and that helped me to become PRESENTATION SPECIALIST and GRAPHIC ARTIST. Currently with 13 years of experience in VISUAL COMMUNICATION, I help brands evolve by providing them professional design solutions. Considering Adaptability, Strategic thinking, Creating, and Executing ideas with effective Communication Skills as my strengths I play a Managerial role in Emeritus's Design Team. From strategizing of Learning Journeys and Creating proposals to designing Print/Web collaterals, Interactive design and Presentations for Internal team and for Global clients I help teams adopt a digital-first approach. My day to day work consists of listening to my fantastic team of enthusiastic designers, Brainstorming with them, performance management of my team, creating training materials, knowledge sharing, podcasts, and vendor management.Besides work, I make sure to take out time for sketching or go through some Inspirations on daily basis. Ahh! Music, movies and bikes are my stress-busters.
