I have completed my Masters in Business Administration from XLRI, Jamshedpur (Major in Operations and Marketing). I currently work at Amazon as the City Manager for Bangalore Operations.Prior to joining XLRI, I had worked with GE for ~6 years in Supply Chain Management. Built a diverse set of technical and soft skills while being exposed across several roles in the company. I also had the opportunity to work outside the country in the UK on a greenfield project of setting up a manufacturing facility within 6 months. I am a certified in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and graduated from GE Global Supply Chain Leadership Program. My last role with the company was Plant Logistics and Warehouse Manager.My key strengths and skills are Operational Excellence, Cross functional team work, Product/Program Management, ERP proficiency, Logistics (Domestic and International) operations, Warehouse management and Interpersonal skills.I also am a Half-marathon runner and a Himalayan trekker. I love to play sports and currently play Cricket and Basketball for XLRI.
