• Campaign conception, execution, message design on Customer Power (CP) Platform and ZineOne, to enable customer targeting on Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and ATMs.• Coordinating with IT and BTG (Business Technology Group) teams for new process creations, enhancing and optimizing existing processes. Undertook 3-4 projects per year including spearheading one major hardware & software upgrade of system used for campaigning and offer-dissemination across the bank.• Acting as a SPOC between Product / Business teams, Vendors and IT team with respect to creation of Business Requirement Document (BRD), testing and Production movement of processes, web-forms. • Monitor campaign calendar in line with business requirement & in agreement with Product / Business teams and ensure timely launch. Being the SPOC for campaigns of one of the prime products of the bank, was able to grow Digital Unassisted business (without sales intervention) by 20%.• Bringing about improvement in existing campaigns, web-forms and communication on regular basis to improve leads generation.• Preparation of weekly / monthly MIS on campaign leads generations, conversions and business generated for reporting to senior management and taking necessary re-course.

• Driving various key objectives and business initiatives like Numbers, IncVal, NAV, NCIB in the assigned regions through the Branch Banking line function• Charting out the growth strategy for each region jointly with Line management in Branch banking, i.e. BBH / ZH / CH• Develop an effective bridge between Product Development team and Branch team to develop, modify and enhance product offerings• Working closely with Cluster Heads/Zonal Heads for driving/monitoring savings account performance against benchmarks.• Hand holding the Under-performing/Focus Branches in assigned geography by way of Personal visits / Audio Bridges to devise branch level action plan/strategy, jointly with Branch Manager, Cluster Head to achieve savings account targets and monitoring progress on periodic basis• Periodic performance reviews with line management in branch banking to highlight trends/ performance vs benchmarks/progress on initiatives/opportunities/reasons for underperformance etc
