Learning new skills and being informed is something I love as it helps me multitask and don't have to completely rely on someone. This helps me work with people with no difficulty to understand them and the work at hand. It also helps me to convey my vision. During my initial days, I worked as a CSR, and over the years and transitioned to SCSR. During this period I've also worked as a support process trainer for new employees. Also worked as a back office email support for Times magazine. Working in these roles has made me a better communicator verbally and online.Lately, I've completed a course in Media and communication and have been a content creator for social media and production houses/Studios. A creative director for brand advertising, films, and photographs. I also freelance as an editor, photographer, and colorist.Creativity is my main strength and being an observer and a quick learner is my skill.
