Centralized P.O process planning for all Polyhose plants (PHIP)

Day wise production plan scheduling.Analysing material availability for next week schedule. Effectively utilizing man, machine and material, thereby increasing overall performance, OEE & PMPH. Kaizen implementation. Maintaining shop floor discipline. Weekly shift scheduling. Forecasting based on backward consumption. Inventory control.

1. Streamlined production processes by implementing a data-driven scheduling system by reducing lead time by 30% and enabling the team to deliver the product ahead of schedule and customer retention increased by 25%2. Collaborating with supporting departments, such as purchase, stores and maintenance to ensure smooth workflow.3. Leading the production team 19 employee and 25 casual labors training and providing guidance by developing work instructions (Picturized and video) or Standard operating procedure (SOP).4. Collaborated closely with cross functional team ( Purchase, Production and logistics to streamline material master creation workflow and ensuring data accuracy in SAP ERP.Purchase Requisition creation:1. Worked at Assembly shop1. Assembling the parts required for an efficient air-conditioning system in a vehicle2. Assembling A-ENTRY GSL, A-ENTRY RD, AH GSL, AH RD parts.

1) Gained exposure in CNC machining, Forging and welding process2) With a guidance from factory workers, learned about machining process in CNC3) Learned about supply chain process and material flow through each operation.4) Hand on training in 1g & 2g welding process.5) Learned about safety precautions and PPE kit to be carried out while working inside shop floor.6) Exposed in some of the NDT testing like die penitration, ultrasonic, UV light testing

1) Exposed through stage-wise line assembly process for CT-scan machine.2) Worked on making Jig model for wiring harness / routing for CT-scan machine.3) Accompanied a team of 5 members in assembly of CT-scan machine4) Worked closely with the team in manufacturing a fixture for laser testing apparatus.5) learned about supply chain and material flow within the assembly line.6) Learned about different types of material handling equipment like dolly, air cushion trolley etc.
