 As the member of the Change Approval Board, the change manager chairs the Enterprise Change Advisory Board (ECAB) meeting to review and approve the high risk and medium risk changes.  Ensure that all prerequisites for a CAB meeting have been met, Before the CAB & Post CAB sessions, the agenda for the new board is published and distributed. Before the CAB meeting, make sure the change assessment is well documented, including the Implementation, risk and impact, justification, back out plan, test plan, acceptance criteria, conflicts, nd PO or stakeholder sign-off approvals. Reviews the Internal CAB for low risk changes and calls on the change owners to revise their risk assessment. Conduct Monthly change quality award and send out the KPI tracker for internal audit/achieve goals. Follow the full-cycle process for change management.
