We worked very closely with the customers to explore new concepts and the possibility of smart devices and wearables in the factories. inUse webIn the wake of rebranding the website, some of us designers did usability tests with current and potential clients to improve the website and the brand message before publishing. Performed desirability studies to figure out the first impressions and expectations of the inUse webpage in comparison with a few competitors and identified the expected key values of a design company. HertzWorked along with a fellow designer to improve and design various internal and external digital systems. Digitalizing the rental agreement was a key project. Requirements were formulated by interviewing and observing different user groups in Scandinavia and also by regular online stakeholder workshops. We also analyzed Hertz’s immediate competitors to understand the market position better.Swerea IVF (RISE)Worked along with a Project Manager in the Technology department to improve the usability of their existing systems. Looked into two network sites for the EU to find partnership proposals and other contacts and also a Swedish CRM system, to formulate UX/UI suggestions and user flow improvements. Surgical ScienceWorked with Business Analyst to improve interactions and user flow of a simulator for medical students learning laparoscopy. Mainly helped with improving the scoring system and results page for their simulator modules and students' profile pages based on research performed in Scandinavian schools.

The Swedish Agency for Marine and Water Management is a government agency that plans and manages the state of Sweden's oceans, lakes, and streams.I worked as a UX Designer to create two applications in compliance with EU regulations. One application helps controllers while on checks and patrols; and the other helps fishermen to keep track of how much fish they have caught, their remaining quota and to trade the extra quota among fishermen.
