The role and responsibilities included:• advising on compliance with the Stronger Super reforms;• reviewing and amending the governing rules in respect of participating employer-sponsored plans to ensure new investment and insurance arrangements were accurately reflected;• advising on the transfer of assets into the fund; and• drafting and reviewing external communications and financial services disclosure documents.
