Roles & Responsibilities:• Lead and manage SYNERGEN Health’s learning and development and knowledge management framework and oversee the training needs of the 500 plus employees currently working in the organization.• Play a lead role in assisting the leadership team in creating an innovative and diverse work place culture and increase employee engagement across the organization. • Assist the ISMS (Information Security Management System) Operations Committee in ensuring that the organization remains compliant with both, the ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 standards.Accomplishments:• Spearheaded the initiative to re-design and deploy a robust knowledge management system across the organization to meet organizational, client, team and individuals' professional development needs, while ensuring that the coaching and development provided is reinforced through ongoing training and performance management.• Moved all internal assessments, training materials and over half of the training programs to the cloud, resulting in a 10% increase in employee productivity and a reduction in the overall usage of paper and ink in the organization by over 50%.• Played a central role in conducting annual culture audits and driving key initiatives that led to SYNERGEN Health being recognized as one of the 25 Best Places to Work in Sri Lanka by Great Place to Work® Sri Lanka in 2017 and 2019.• Conceptualized and successfully implemented gamification throughout the company via an internal house system to drive corporate excellence, innovation, team-work and employee engagement across the organization. • Successfully re-engineered the existing continuous improvement process, resulting in over 750 suggestions being entered over a period of five years, yielding a cumulative ROI of over USD 2.5 million. • Conceptualized, directed and produced SYNERGEN Health’s first corporate videos, ahead of schedule and under budget.

Produced by Picture This Pvt Ltd, Komaali Kings was the first Sri Lankan feature-length Tamil film to be released through a recognized distribution channel in Sri Lanka after four decades. Opening to rave reviews from industry insiders, moviegoers and the media (both foreign and local), the film was released in over forty cinemas nationwide and was being hailed as an important milestone in the rebirth of the Sri Lankan Tamil film industry. Roles & Responsibilities:• Wrote the English Subtitles for the feature film and for all promotional materials accompanying the film (trailers, clips, etc.) • Wrote, edited and distributed press releases and media advisories.• Served as the point of contact for all English media news outlets and publicists. • Conceptualized and launched marketing campaigns, both, above the line and below the line, as well as on digital and social media platforms. Accomplishments:• Successfully reached over 1 million key demographics across Sri Lanka, Canada, UK and Europe.• Secured international media coverage by media news outlets such as the BBC and Al Jazeera.• Worked closely with industry partners to successfully secure the rights to screen the film on-board both, Sri Lankan Airlines and Emirates.
